Brooke is a dedicated Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over eight years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families find healing and growth. Specializing in trauma-informed care, she provides a safe and supportive space to overcome life's challenges, including anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, and mood disorders. Her experience spans diverse populations, from survivors of human trafficking to special forces operators, and she is particularly skilled in addressing childhood trauma. Brooke's client-centered approach emphasizes building a strong therapeutic relationship based on empathy and respect. She empowers clients to process experiences, manage symptoms, develop coping mechanisms, and achieve personalized goals through increased self-awareness and a deeper understanding of their values.

Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, we do! We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation as an opportunity to get acquainted. During this time, you can share what you're seeking, ask any questions you may have, and get a feel for whether we're a good therapeutic fit.
